總是習慣告訴別人
要快快好起來
可式說的簡單做的難
就像每天都說好明天要跑步一樣

不過說實話
服役後還是略有成長的
"說說"的事情越來越少
說打就打說幹就幹的精神
不知道為什麼就這樣被實踐在我的生活裡了
最近的PLAN都可以達到89成的自我滿意
算是不錯了

跑向的前方
是 5K 6K 7K
還是
